Knowing Youth Ministry

This ministry seeks to give every young adult the opportunity serve with their talents, ability and skills in the serve the Church and the community. The activities include developing in leadership, pushing back the frontiers of poverty through education and taking entrepreneurial opportunities and wealth management. Young adults serve in all the ministries of the church. The existing programmes includes going on annual camping to encourage the unity of the body.

We are the most active in Church. We are at the early prime of our lives. We guard how we live as many arrow of destruction are pointing at us. Our hope: No weapon fashioned against us shall prosper!

Meet Our Church Father – Apostle Moitse

Care Bible Church was founded by Apostle Peter and Pastor Mankodi Moitse. Apostle Peter Moitse has been married to Mankodi Moitse for 24 years and they have been blessed with 2 beautiful children, Tumelo and Tsholofelo.

Apostle Peter Moitse is anointed to minister the word of God with wisdom and depth which has resulted in great spiritual growth of the partners of Care Bible Church and any other person who sits under his ministry. He is also an author of 8 books, a leadership and management consultant, Business mentor and coach, a facilitator, counselor and trainer of trainers. Apostle Peter Moitse also hold a B.A, B.A (Hons), H.Ed, PDM (HR).

Meet Our Church Mother – Mankodi Moitse

Pastor Mankodi is a born again believer in God through faith in Jesus Christ. She is actively involved in motivating, counseling and intersession. “I am inspired to work with fellow believers, to develop processes that ensures that the believers both new and old are supported to live out their faith and develop in their God given purpose. I believe that the body of Christ is the not only the pillar of Truth, but also the custodian of social and development excellence”.

Armed with multiple skills over time after being a teacher, a lecturer, a CFO and now a CEO I believe in bringing the same excellence and passion to God work as I do in my other areas of work. I believe in creating shared value, leading and motivating teams to be at their best with strong social responsibility.

God’s presence.

Everyone need God. We were created to worship and to have fellowship with Him, Like the children of Israel, we are unable to proceed the journey without God. He promises never to leave nor forsake us. In CBC, we are reminded that God dwells within us.

Prayerful Saints.

CBC has always been a place of prayer, we have weekly prayer meetings from 12h:00 – 13h00 and during that hour, you have time with God praying individually without prayer item list. In addition, the prayer room is always open for group or individual prayers. The room is painted to remind and encourage us to pray all the time. We are also encouraged to belong to one of the 8 prayer watches to ensure we pray at all times for all believers and the whole world. Every Saturday there is a intercession prayer from 07h00 – 08h00 and Sunday from 08h00 -09h00 before the main service, The whole church is invited to join intercessors in prayer as they pray for everyone and the nation. We also have midweek prayer meetings from 18h00 – 19h00 and lastly, there is a week of prayer and fasting every first week of the month, we come together from Monday – Friday at 18h00 – 19h00 for prayer.

Spiritual Growth.

Our Pastor says “spiritual growth is intentional”. We take every opportunity to grow in every area of our lives, in prayer and in worship. We have quarterly worship services for FREE, where we learn to serve others part of our journey to grow spiritually. We apply skills we use at schools, at work, in our businesses in Church, with the same excellence. We also use the Church to acquire new skills which we can use back in our workplace and businesses to be a witness for Jesus. We believe in applying ourselves with the same commitment and consistency no matter where we are! Here The Word of God is preached and taught. Even our children are given special attention to ensure they are growing spiritually with our inspired children ministry.

Love and Care.

Love and be loved. Allow yourself to be loved and be part of the family. In CBC lots of love and care is demonstrated. We find every reason to celebrate each other. From birthdays to life achievements. We celebrate each other’s milestones, breakthroughs and are there through the heartaches as well. Visitors are our weekly honored guests.

My name is James, for the past 2 weeks I have been troubled by pains. I requested prayers from the church, Apostle Moitse prayed for me and I can testify that indeed God is our healer. According to Exodus 15:26 I am the Lord, your healer. And indeed He healed me. I am no longer suffering from pains, I am a free man now.

My name is Botshelo Modau ,21 years of age , In 2003 when I was in Grade 11 , I fell severely sick , my face ,joints and legs started swelling up , the major organs of my body ,heart , lungs and kidneys started failing . I was in school when all of this happened and as result of the sickness the following year 2014 in September I had to drop out of school. I failed Matric (Grade 12) that year because of the sickness.

I was admitted in hospital and I had to consult with doctor at hospital every week which I had a lumpnode, biopsy, kidney biopsy , draining of water around my lungs and heart, I also had two bone marrows biopsies done. All this was done so the doctors can diagnose me. Doctor eventually found that I had chronic autoimmune disease called Lupus. A lupus patient’s immune system attacks their body instead of protecting it or fighting the viruses that attack the body. Hence the patient will get inflammations, organ failure and other body issue infections. Doctor put me on the medication that I had to take for the rest of my life , I was also advised to stay away from public places to avoid certain infections

When sickness affect you physically it also affect you mentally and emotionally , I became depressed ,confused and started losing hope.I QUESTIONED AND DOUBTED GOD , BECAUSE IN MIDST OF THE DISEASE IT FELT AS THOUGH HE HAD FORSAKEN ME OR HE WAS PUNISHING ME FOR SOMETHING.CARE BIBLE CHURCH YOUTH MINISTRY KEPT ON PRAYING FOR ME AND THEY WERE SUPPORTIVE TO ME AND MY FAMILY . THROUGH CARE BIBLE PRAYERS AND WORD FROM ABOVE I WAS HEALED ,STABLE IN JESUS NAME AND I MANAGED TO PASS MY MATRIC, AS WE SPEAK I CURRENTLY STUDYING AND WORKING PART-TIME TOWARDS MY DREAM IN THE MEDIA INDUSTRY.

My name is Constance Matlejoane also knows as Connie. I am married to Peter Matlejoane and we are blessed with 3 beautiful children, twin girls Tshimologo & Botshelo and a little boy Khanimamba.

The past few years have been really difficult for me and 2015 in particular was the year that I felt like the wheels were literally coming off, I did not have any control over my life anymore and I didn’t know what to do.

In April 2015, without any invitation I decided to visit Care Bible Church for the very first time. I enjoyed the sermon by Pastor Ben Achero and decided to come back again. I did not feel nor see any difference in my life but I kept on coming to Church every Sunday and even started attending the Tuesday evening prayer sessions.

As time went by I became discouraged because I felt like there was no point for me to keep on going to church because my situation was becoming hopeless.

But a miracle happened: Second week of September was prayer week and on Thursday, 10 September I decided to go to church just one last time. As we were coming to the end of the session Apostle Moitse prophesized that someone was very stressed and asked for that person to please come to the front so that he can pray

for them. As he said that he was rubbing the back of his neck like he was in pain. Without hesitation I went to the front and he started praying for me, as he was praying he whispered in my ear that “You know as I am praying for you I can feel the pain on my neck literally leaving my body and this tells me that whatever is troubling you God is sorting it out”. After he prayed for me I felt a sense of peace and I knew in my heart that God spoke to me that day.

God is really faithful and indeed on Saturday, 24 October a breakthrough came and the weight that was weighing heavily on my shoulders was lifted off. The hand of God is upon this church and I am very grateful that when things were difficult God led me to this church. I have felt God’s anointing in this place.

I would really like to thank God for care Bible Church and in particular Apostle Peter Moitse and Mamoruti Mankodi Moitse for the wonderful work of God that they are doing. I encourage all the partners to support the leadership, let us continue to pray for them and encourage them to continue doing the work of God. We are in good hands!

I choose to fellowship at CBC in Klipfontein View. There is God’s presence in the ministry.
